Can you please give me a hydration recipe for my 86 year old mother who has vascular dementia? She generally drinks about 5 8oz glasses of plain water a day with some unsweetened coconut water. We feel that’s not enough. She is inactive and only gets a small gentle walk in once a day. And do you have any recipes for 2 litres using coconut water? I googled this but I’m not finding what I’m looking for and there are way too many that make it too complex by using herbs and fruit. That’s just too overwhelming for me at this time. Any simple recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
